1.1. Sinian is a non-commercial Perfect World server running version 1.4.2 (the project). It is run by its administration (“we”). The project is not affiliated with Beijing Perfect World or Wanmei; the rights to the game belong to them.
1.2. By registering an account, logging into the game or using the website, forum and cabinet, you accept these terms, the server rules and the privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the project.
1.3. Playing on the server is free. The project is provided “as is”: we carry out maintenance and restarts, update the client and change gameplay — including without prior notice.
1.4. You may use the project from the age of 14. Under 18 — with the consent of your parents or legal guardians, including for donations.
1.5. Not knowing these terms and the rules is no excuse for breaking them.
2.1. Accounts are registered in the personal cabinet with a working email address. Access is recovered through it, so use an address you actually own and read.
2.2. You are responsible for keeping your login and password safe and for everything done from your account. Turn on two-factor protection in the cabinet — it is the most reliable way to keep your account safe.
2.3. Selling, buying and trading accounts is forbidden. Sharing access with other people is at your own risk: whatever is lost afterwards is not restored.
2.4. For breaking these terms or the server rules we may restrict or end access to the account. Penalties and appeals are described in the rules.
2.5. An account and its data can be deleted on request — how to do it is described in the privacy policy.
3.1. Characters, items, gold, yuan, cabinet points and other in-game valuables are part of the server software. They have no monetary value, are not your property and cannot be exchanged for money. You use them in the game for as long as the account exists.
3.2. Deals between players are the business of those who make them. We do not compensate valuables lost to other players' fraud, to sharing an account or to breaking the rules.
3.3. Valuables lost because of a server failure are restored when logs and backups allow it.
3.4. Valuables obtained through a game bug, third-party software or any other rule violation may be taken away.
4.1. A donation is voluntary support for the project. The money pays for servers, DDoS protection and further development. You can play without donating.
4.2. As a thank-you, the account receives gold for the in-game shop — at the rate and with the bonuses shown on the donation page at the moment of payment. Gold is credited automatically, usually within a few minutes after the payment system confirms the payment.
4.3. Payments are handled by payment services (FreeKassa and the others listed on the donation page). Amounts are shown without their fee, which depends on the payment method. Card details are entered on the payment service's page and never reach us.
4.4. By donating you confirm that you are 18 or have your parents' consent, and that you are paying with your own payment method.
5.1. Once the gold has been credited in full, a donation is not refundable.
5.2. If the payment went through but the gold did not arrive, or arrived in a different amount than shown at payment, send a support request or an email to info@sinian.pw. Include your login, the date, the amount and the payment number. We will credit the missing gold or refund the money by the same method you paid with — your choice.
5.3. Payment requests are reviewed within 10 business days. How long the money takes to return to your card or account also depends on the bank and the payment service.
5.4. Not refunded or compensated: gold already spent in the in-game shop; gold and items taken away for breaking the rules. An account block for breaking the rules gives no right to a refund of donations.
6.1. We are not liable for interruptions of the server, website or cabinet, for problems with your internet provider, or for losses related to using the project or being unable to use it.
6.2. We are not liable for other players' actions, for the content of their messages in the game and on the forum, or for third-party sites that links lead to.
6.3. If you notice a bug that can be used for gain or to harm others, report it to support. Reporting a bug is rewarded; exploiting it breaks the rules.
7.1. We may amend these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; its date is shown at the top. By continuing to use the project you accept the new version.
