Privacy policy

#What we collect

• AccountLogin and email address. The password is stored only as a hash — not even we can read it. If you turned on two-factor protection — its key and recovery codes.
• Sign-in and securityIP address at registration and sign-in, browser and OS (User-Agent), sign-in time. The launcher sends the computer and OS name — to list your devices in the cabinet and to spot a sign-in from a new one.
• GameCharacters, items, in-game actions and in-game chat messages. This is the server's own data: there is no game without it, and no way to look into a report.
• Support requestsThe text of your requests and attached screenshots.
• DonationsAmount, date, payment method (card, SBP), fee and the payment number in the payment system. We never have your card details.
• ForumThe forum has its own registration: username, email, IP address, posts and whatever you put in your profile yourself.

#Why

• To create your account and let you into the game, the cabinet and the forum.
• To protect the account: email confirmation, password recovery, two-factor protection, a code on sign-in from an unfamiliar device or address.
• To answer support requests and look into reports and rule violations.
• To credit gold for donations and reconcile payments with the payment system.
• To understand how the website is used and make it better.

We only send service emails: email confirmation, sign-in codes, password resets. No advertising. The forum sends reply notifications — they are set up in your forum profile.

#Payments

Payments are taken by payment services — FreeKassa and the others listed on the donation page. You enter your card details on their page, and they never reach us. From the service we receive only a confirmation: the payment number, amount, fee and payment method. The payment service processes your data under its own privacy policy.

#Cookies and analytics

• CookiesThe website, cabinet and forum set the cookies they cannot work without: your sign-in session, chosen language, form protection. Without cookies you cannot sign in to the cabinet or the forum.
• Yandex MetricaThe website and the cabinet use Yandex Metrica with Session Replay: which pages were opened, where you came from, browser, device, approximate region, mouse movements and clicks. Password fields are never recorded. You can turn it off with a blocker or in your browser settings — the website keeps working.
• reCAPTCHAThe sign-in, registration and password recovery pages use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. Google receives information about your browser and actions on the page under its own policy.

#Who else sees it

We do not sell or hand over your data except where there is no way around it: to the payment service — payment details; to the email service — the address the email is going to; to Yandex and Google — to the extent described above; to state authorities — only when required by law. Only character names, guilds and rankings in the game and on the website are public, plus whatever you post on the forum yourself.

#Storage and security

Data is stored on the project's servers, and only the administration has access to it. Connections to the website, cabinet and forum are protected with HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, and the control panel is open only to administrators with separate protection. Account data is kept for as long as the account exists; sign-in and action logs — for as long as they are needed for security and for looking into violations; payment records — for as long as reconciliation with payment services requires.

#Your rights

You can find out what data we keep about you, get a copy of it, correct it, or delete the account together with its data. You can change your email and password in the cabinet yourself. For anything else, send a support request or an email to info@sinian.pw from the address on the account — we will reply within 10 business days.

Once an account is deleted, we delete the data tied to it. We keep only payment records needed for reconciliation and records of rule violations — so that a block cannot be dodged by registering again.

By registering in the cabinet or on the forum, you agree to your data being processed on these terms. You can withdraw consent by deleting the account. The project is not meant for children under 14 — see clause 1.4 of the terms of use.

#Changes

We may change this policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; its date is shown at the top. We will announce significant changes on the website and in the cabinet.
